DARLA MILES is an award-winning American journalist, author, speaker, and media personality, best known for her longtime work as a reporter for ABC7/WABC-TV in New York City. She has spent decades covering major national and international stories, earning respect for her credibility, compassion, and strong on-air presence. Miles is also a cancer survivor who has become a powerful advocate for health awareness, resilience, and women’s empowerment. She authored the book “I Am Not What I’ve Been Through”, which chronicles her journey through illness and recovery and inspires audiences nationwide. In addition to journalism, she is a motivational speaker who addresses topics such as faith, perseverance, and purpose. Darla Miles is considered a national influencer because of her broad media reach, impactful storytelling, large social-media following, and consistent use of her platform to uplift, educate, and empower communities across the United States.
